Position Paper on Girl’s Education in Afghanistan

Last week, as Afghans looked to the start of a new school year and girls over the age of 12 marked 550 days of being denied their right to learn, the Campaign for Girls’ Access to Education in Afghanistan released a position paper:
“We urge world leaders, the UN, and regional and international allies to take a courageous and coordinated step towards the reopening of girls’ schools and universities in Afghanistan”.
