Janice Eisenhauer is the former Executive Director (1998-2018) and cofounding member of CW4WAfghan. Janice continues her work with CW4WAfghan as a Senior Advisor supporting the board and membership. She holds an Honours BA in International Development Studies from the University of Calgary (1999). Over the past two decades, she managed the day-to-day activities of the National Office, working closely with volunteer members, the Board of Directors and staff. Janice has received numerous awards in honour of her long-standing volunteerism in Canada, including the Alberta Order of Excellence, the UofC Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree, and the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Cross (M.S.C.).
